As a Front Desk Assistant, you'llassist and collaborate with the front desk staff and provide ongoing customer service to internal and external customers.
Help ensure all supplies are well managed, oversee mail distribution and other tasks as needed.
Other duties and responsibilities include internal mail and package distribution, intake package supply deliveries, restock supplies throughout the building, refill copy paper, weigh and run postage for internal outgoing mail, update the Skookum lobby job description book with new and expired job postings, escort guests throughout the building, answer phones and greet lobby guests, water lobby plants, dust and wipe down surfaces in lobby area, check in supply deliveries, unpackage and distribute the supplies accordingly, and advise when inventory is low.
