DEPUTY PUBLIC WORKS OFFICER

Summary You will serve as DEPUTY PUBLIC WORKS OFFICER (DPWO) in Public Works Department (PWD) Kitsap, Bremerton.
NAVFAC NORTHWEST.
Responsibilities You will assign work to personnel based on priorities, difficulty of assignments, and the capabilities of employees.
You will develop standards for business information systems to integrate financial planning and maintenance operations.
You will establish when workload execution is deviating from program plans to advise senior officials on corrective actions.
You will evaluate cost effectiveness of a program or project and ensure that budgeting guidelines are met.
You will develop and implement cost reduction processes or programs to identify unnecessary costs.
Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
1) Managing budgeting, hiring, and personnel actions for a public works department; 2) Providing guidance relating to operations of a public works department, including military contracting and construction; and 3) Leading dynamic teams of peers and subordinates in achieving mission objectives.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
