Digital Marketing Manager

Haselwood Auto Group is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) to join its growing team.
The DMM will be responsible for managing the digital marketing concerns and relationships with 10 automotive dealerships within the organization and working to execute each dealer's overall digital marketing strategy.
The DMM will meet with each dealer on a weekly (not monthly) basis and should have a good understanding of the different digital marketing programs/tactics employed as well as Google Analytics.
Applicants should feel comfortable speaking to dealers about digital marketing and take them through analytics/results to showcase their breadth of knowledge and understanding about the digital marketing space with an emphasis toward ROI and results of campaigns related to incentive period and events.
The Digital Marketing Manager focuses on all digital marketing related elements for Haselwood AG.
This role is tasked with strategically building and optimizing a digital ecosystem that enables further professionalization and growth opportunities for all business areas within our PMAs and beyond.
A successful candidate will constantly seek creative ways to improve the digital user experience, to enhance the data analytics and thus drive the effectiveness and efficiency of related initiatives.
In addition, this position also steers the digital resources at the marketing agencies/vendors accordingly.
The successful Digital Marketing Manager will:
Strategize avenues to promote the company and expand branding online.
Analyze performance of social media content/campaigns and use performance metrics to drive content development or adjustments.
Determine return on investment into certain internet platforms and determine which efforts yield the best results.
Work in collaboration with media agencies and vendors to gather data driven insights on target audiences.
Define and optimize audience definitions for digital marketing campaigns.
Work with management to assess the success of online marketing and provide overviews of performance on a monthly/quarterly basis.

years, preferably in an agency environment managing different marketing programs like PPC, SEO, direct mail campaigns, email campaigns; automotive industry preferred.
Ability to review and make decisions based on analytics programs like Google Analytics.
Maintain monthly budget forecasts Strong ability to prioritize and delegate to others on the team.

Experience:
Bachelor's Degree or higher in a discipline related to marketing, communications or business administration required.
Candidates that are Google Certified Professionals with background in AdWords, GA4, Digital Marketing & E-commerce preferred.
Minimum of 3 years work experience required Minimum of 2 years work experience in a digital marketing role (client or agency side) Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools / Analytics / Social Media Marketing / Search Engine Management Knowledge of the automotive industry, OEM guidelines, automotive marketing platform, and CRM lead segmentation experience is a definite plus! Skills:
Ability to work conceptually and strategically - can autonomously construct and deliver strategically sound, intuitive presentations and digital marketing strategies.
Understanding of technical implementation of online marketing campaignsExcellent project and budget management skillsAbility to work independently, without frequent direction.
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented, strong team playerProficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Comfort translating complex digital marketing concepts into key strategic components and decision points.
