Customer Service Representative - Call Center

We are currently searching for full-time Call Center Customer Service Representatives who are highly motivated and eager to start a new career path. This is an entry level position with the opportunity to grow with an excellent company! Qualified candidates will have a great personality and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

Responsibilities:
o Provide customer support to clients via phone, email or web channels
o Learn and become knowledgeable of client's products or services
o Accurately log all interactions via established business process and tools
o Provide prompt, reliable and accurate information to customers while adjusting to the pace of the caller
o Demonstrate ability to identify solutions based on established processes and procedures
o Demonstrate effective soft skills, active listening, and ability to empathize with the customer's situation
o Act with sensitivity in all customer interactions
o Effectively manage length of calls / handle time
o Display effective time management skills
o Promote teamwork and contact center success

Requirements:
o Promote reliability and dependability
o Qualified candidates must have a flexible schedule, as the call center operates varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
o GED or High School Graduate
o Must be at least 18 years of age
o 6+ months previous/continuous Customer Service work experience
o Proven track record solving customer issues utilizing deep customer empathy in conjunction with numerical, abstract and verbal reasoning skills
Core Competencies:
o Keyboarding skills at a minimum of 25 wpm
o Computer proficiency, keyboard and/or web navigation skills
o Good problem solving, analytical and data entry skills
o Effective verbal & written communications skills
o Ability to work with minimal supervision & handle a dynamic environment
o EXCELLENT customer service skills!
o Professional phone etiquette!

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
